The Finance Ministry is comprised of eight members of the parish who provide expertise and consultation through financial analysis, planning and policy development. The ministry aids the pastor in the administration of the parish goods, buildings and grounds, and ensures that members of the parish receive an understandable annual financial report.

Finance Ministry Member - monitors current financial status, assisting with long-term and short-term financial planning. The council meets monthly August - June.
Building & Grounds committee - Monitors conditions of the buildings and grounds and makes recommendations on repairs and improvements. The committee meets as needed.
Church Cleaner - Vacuums and dusts in the church and narthex. As scheduled.
Human Resources Committee - Develops policies involving personnel issues. As needed.
Funeral Dinner Workers - Supports grieving families by serving a luncheon after the funeral.
Green Thumb Ministry - Waters plants in the atrium. Weekly rotation.
Grounds Upkeep - Helps mow grass, pull weeds and water trees in containers. As needed.
Mailing Helper - Assists with parish mailings throughout the year. As needed.
Media - Design brochures and other one time tasks. As needed.
Nativity Scene Editor - Prepare the parish newsletter by editing the content and designing the layout. Quarterly.
Office Worker - Stuffs bulletins, prepares small mailings, various other one-time projects. As needed.
Painting - Helps maintenance department paint classrooms, hallways, etc. As needed.
Phone Calling - Calls parishioners for various projects.
Seasonal Cleaning - Helps wash pews, clean cupboards, etc. Once a year int he spring.
Set-up Person - Crew helps prepare Bona Hall and classrooms for various functions. As scheduled.
Weekend Lock-up Person - Is responsible for securing the building on Saturdays and Sundays after the last Mass. As scheduled.
